The “In Charge” Recharge

Leaders need time and space that they rarely get. Sometimes the decision fatigue and constant vigilance is too much.

The goal of this retreat will be to clear space to see what’s really needed. There’s no intense work to be performed during the span of the retreat. No one is going for zero inbox. There will be positive peer pressure to relax!

There will be no photos, no need to dress up for social time, phones down for the entire retreat. The requirements will be to set a personal intention, stay healthy, eat, sleep, sit and walk. Everyone will be encouraged to pause for reflection and do some guided writing prompts. Activities will include creativity and play, including (all optional) doodling, yoga, puzzles, dance party, board games, social games, hikes, and rituals for release.

It ends with a discussion, and the end goal to leave with only one action item.

Whatever is good for your soul, do that.”
